What is the lead time for order fulfillment?
Your coffee will be roasted to order and packed for shipment within 3–4 business days of your order.
Do I qualify for local delivery?
Customers within 5 miles of Reading Terminal Market qualify for local delivery.
When do you roast coffee?
We roast Monday through Friday.
What type of coffee roaster do you use?
A small batch vintage cast iron batch fired drum roaster.
Where do you source your coffee from?
From our favorite high altitude rain forest regions regions following the equator in South/Central America, Asia and Indonesia. OCC usually has traceability to the farm or mill where each coffee is grown.
What certifications do your coffees have?
Many of our coffees are certified UTZ • USDA Organic • Rainforest Alliance. All certifications are listed in the coffee descriptions.
Are your coffees Kosher?
OCC is certified by the Ko Kosher service.
Can I order tea as well?
We no longer offer tea as part of our wholesale catalog.
Can I have an appointment today, I’m in town?

Can I request samples or a coffee tasting?
